Description
BREAD MILL / GRINDER
A bread grinder is a commercial kitchen or industrial machine used to transform fresh, toasted, or dry bread into fine or coarse breadcrumbs.
How It Works
- Feeding Hopper: Operators load dry, toasted or stale bread into an enlarged top hopper.
- Cutting and Grinding: High-speed internal stainless steel blades or S-shaped saw-tooth cutters chop the bread into uniform pieces.
- Sieving: The crushed material passes through a replaceable perforated filter mesh or screen to determine final crumb granularity.
- Discharge: Finished crumbs exit through a side spout or outlet sifter into a collection bag or container.
