FR-300 SEALING MACHINE ASBESTOS STRIP (VEH24940)
FR-300 Sealing Machine Asbestos Strip (VEH24940)
The FR-300 Sealing Machine Asbestos Strip (Part No. VEH24940) is a high-temperature insulation component engineered for use in FR-300 continuous band sealing machines. Designed to withstand extreme thermal conditions, this strip plays a critical role in protecting internal sealing components while ensuring consistent and reliable sealing performance during continuous packaging operations.
Manufactured from high-grade woven heat-resistant fibers, the strip provides excellent thermal insulation, dimensional stability, and durability under prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. It is specifically designed to fit the heating assembly of FR-300 band sealers, where it helps regulate heat distribution and prevent direct heat transfer to sensitive machine parts.
By maintaining optimal thermal conditions within the sealing unit, the asbestos strip contributes to stable sealing temperatures, improved sealing quality, and extended equipment lifespan. Its robust construction ensures long service life even in demanding industrial packaging environments.
Ideal for packaging machinery maintenance and replacement applications, the FR-300 asbestos strip is widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, industrial product sealing, and other continuous heat-sealing processes.
